Terms of service

1. Who we are

PowderWraps is operated by Powder Wraps LLC, headquartered in Wisconsin, with printing, manufacturing, and shipping in Colorado. "We," "us," and "our" mean PowderWraps.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Each wrap is made to order once your payment is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content that breaks these terms; if we do, you'll get a full refund.

3. Your designs and uploads

When you upload an image, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. Please don't upload logos, trademarks, copyrighted characters, or other people's work without their rights. You keep ownership of your image; you give us permission to use it only to print and ship your order. We may decline any upload that's unlawful, hateful, or infringing.

4. Our designs

House and artist designs belong to PowderWraps or our artists. Buying a wrap doesn't transfer the rights to copy, resell, or reproduce the design.

5. Using your wrap

Follow the included install instructions. Skiing and snowboarding carry risk; a wrap is a cosmetic product and doesn't change how your gear performs or protect it. Inspect your equipment before riding.

6. Returns, refunds, and shipping

See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

7. Warranty and liability

Other than our replacement promise for damaged or misprinted wraps, products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to skis or boards from installation or removal.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
